Alright, buckle up. We’re diving into the world of lithium orotate — the mineral that might just make your brain say, “Oh, THANK YOU.” Is it the superpower you’ve been searching for? I mean….I wish…… Will it maybe help you feel more human? Possibly. Will it do your laundry? Absolutely not. Let’s dive in.

What is Lithium orotate?

It is a mineral, just like magnesium, calcium or iron that is also very deficient in our current nutritional landscape. I have since been using the mineral (as opposed to the DRUG lithium) to help patients with anxiety and depression with a really beneficial effect. So here are the highlights.
